In Brazil´s recently democratically ruled society, there is a growing demand for doctor´s certificates, as well as complaints about them, especially the 'sick note'. In view of this, the present text analyses the doctor´s certificate, as a document pertaining to the doctors´ practice, and which interests not only the patient but various sectors of society, especially the State. Doctor's certificates or declarations have wide legal repercussions and so only doctors recognized by the state are allowed to write these documents. Therefore this type of doctor´s note is named here a 'doctor normative act' or a 'doctor second grade act'. Starting then from the normative framework, which supports doctor's certificates and includes them in the category of documents, their essential elements were then identified and a very simple model was outlined. This model can be used as a guide for physicians when writing sick notes or other textual declarations required within a doctors´ professional area of expertise, and can offer doctors more security by virtue of normative acts. In Kapitel 2 wird dann auf eine Vielzahl von Aspekten eingegangen, bei denen Schwierigkeiten der rechtsgem??en Gestaltung auf Seiten der verschiedenen Anbieter auftreten k?nnen. Weiterhin werden M?glichkeiten aufgezeigt, diese Probleme zu vermeiden. Auf die datenschutzrelevanten Bereiche und Regelungen wird in Kapitel 3 eingegangen. Tiefergehende Beleuchtungen der datenschutzrechlich relevanten Aspekte finden sich in weiteren Seminarausarbeitungen, die im Rahmen dieses Seminars entstanden. Kapitel 4 gibt einen Ausblick auf die zu erwartenden ?nderungen des Gesetzgebers, sowie ein Fazit. ＜p＞This book presents the latest studies of the CNPq Research Group (Estudos para Armazenamento Geol?gico de Carbono ? CCS) of the Institute of Energy and Environment/Research Centre for Greenhouse Gas Innovation, at the University of Sao Paulo. The studies are related to the technical and regulatory issues for implementing Carbon, Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies, especially CO2 geological storage in the Paran? and Santos Basins. The parent project, entitled "Carbon Geological Storage in Brazil: "Perspectives for CCS in unconventional petroleum reservoirs of onshore Paran? sedimentary basin and turbidites from offshore sedimentary basins in southeast Brazil", was funded by SHELL and FAPESP. The book intends to provide an overview of the potential for secured long-term CO2 storage in the Paran? and Santos basins with high prospects for CCS. The central academic findings refer to CO2 reservoir properties and main criteria for site selection to improve the Brazilian CCUS development's decision-making process and contribute to the R&D plan for greenhouse gas emissions mitigation of the Southeastern Region, with geological evaluations and regulatory analyses.
