Sie, die von denjenigen geformt wird, die Macht haben, ?bermittelt dominante Musterbeispiele und festgelegte Konzepte, die als unzweifelhaft gelten. In der mexikanischen Gesellschaft sind es die M?nner, die die Macht besitzen, kulturelle Gesetze und Regeln, nach denen die Menschen leben sollen, festzulegen (vgl. Anzald?a 1987, S. 16). Die Chicanos, die in den USA lebenden Mexikaner, sind von ihren mexikanischen Wurzeln extrem beeinflusst, was sich in ihrer Kultur wiederspiegelt (vgl. Madsen 2000, S. 6 f.). In der Chicano-Kultur sowie der mexikanischen Kultur wird von den Frauen verlangt, dass sie sich den M?nnern unterw?rfig zeigen. Sie sollen still und, was ihre Sexualit?t anbelangt, unsichtbar sein und sich selbst verneinen (vgl. ebd., S. 25). Selbstlosigkeit, Bescheidenheit und ihre bis zur Heirat anhaltende Jungfr?ulichkeit definieren die 'gute' Frau. Die 'b?se' Frau dagegen ist selbsts?chtig und sch?tzt nur ihr eigenes Interesse. Sobald sie gegen einen Mann rebelliert, wird sie als schlecht abgestempelt (vgl. Anzald?a 1987, S. 17). Eine Frau, die sich zu ihrer Sexualit?t offenkundig bekennt, rebelliert lautstark gegen die Strukturen des Patriarchats (vgl. Madsen 2000, S. 25). Die Sexualit?t und andere Verhaltensformen, die mit ihr in Zusammenhang stehen k?nnten, werden im Machismo und in anderen Formen des Patriarchats mit Macht assoziiert. Alle Macht soll dem Mann und nicht der Frau zugeschrieben werden, weshalb diese passiv verharren soll (vgl.
