2000年 シャトー ラフィット ロートシルト 750ml フランス ボルドー 赤ワイン

Château Lafite Rothschild 赤ワイン 750ml [AOC］ポイヤック 第1級 [品 種］93.3% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot [評 価］98点 Since I gave this wine a perfect score, I suppose some could see this as a downgrade. I found everything still there for a perfect rating, but I was just struck by how tight and backward the wine was. A blend of 93.3% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot, the wine still has a dark ruby/purple color and an extraordinarily youthful nose of graphite, black currants, sweet, unsmoked cigar tobacco, and flowers. The wine is rich, medium to full-bodied, but has that ethereal elegance and purity that is always Lafite. I originally predicted that it would first reach maturity in 2011, but I would push that back by 5-7 years now, although it has 50-60 years of life in front of it. Owners of this beauty are probably best advised to forget it for 5 years. Tasted next to a 1996 several days after the 2000 tasting, the 1996, which is a perfect wine, was far closer to full maturity than the 2000. パヴィヨン ルージュ デュ シャトー マルゴー [ 2019 ] ( 赤ワイン )

95点！シャトーマルゴー(100点)のセカンド！ワイン好きの皆様なら、シャトーマルゴーの2019年が、100点評価をされたことは、記憶に新しいと思います。そんな訳で、お値段も絶賛高騰中…（汗）そこでご紹介したいのがセカンドのパヴィヨン ルージュ デュ！この価格で買えて、この品質なら、大満足の逸品ですよ♪ ■生産者HPより抜粋■パヴィヨン・ルージュ 2019はもちろんカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン（76%）が主な構成品種です。メルロの割合は前年と同率（19%）で、その他にカベルネ・フラン（2%）とプティ・ヴェルド（3%）を含んでいます。パヴィヨン・ルージュ 2019には厳しい基準をクリアしたぶどうのみを使用し、それは収穫ぶどうのたった27%です。調和のとれた味わい、丸み、そして優美なタンニン・ストラクチュア。恐らく20年前であればすべてグラン・ヴァンのアッサンブラージュに採用されていたレベルのワインです。パヴィヨン・ルージュとグラン・ヴァン… それぞれのワインを構成するロットは、畑での作業も、蔵での作業も、まったく同じ製法から生み出されます。ふたつのワインを比べて味わうと、似ているところもあり、いくつか類似したアロマを感じるかもしれません。グラン・ヴァンを構成するワインに選ばれなかった理由？その違いは本当に些細なもので、時にあいまいです。＜気象条件＞2019年は世界各地において気温の上昇が見られ、観測史上最高を記録しました。フランスでも平均気温は13.7度にまで達し、これは平年より1.1～1.2度ほど高い数値です。マルゴーにおいては、2019年の冬は暖かく（過去30年平均を1～2度上回る気温）、雨は少なく（過去30年平均を30ミリメートル下回る降水量）、凍霜の発生も稀（3日のみ）でした。このような天候のもと、ぶどう畑では3月29日から4月4日にかけて萌芽が確認されました。春には穏やかな好天が続き、気温はほぼ平年並みでした。4月末、そして6月5日から18日の期間にはかなりの量の降雨を記録しています。開花は6月1日から9日にかけて、比較的順調に進みました。一部メルロの古株区画においてのみ、花ぶるいの症状が見られています。上述の降雨によりベト病の発生が危惧されましたが影響は一切なく、ぶどう畑の衛生状態は年を通じて良好に保たれました。その後に迎えた夏は多雨だった春とは実に対照的でした。今夏は長期にわたって高気圧に覆われ、6月21日から9月21日の期間の雨量はたったの64ミリメートル。2019年の夏で特に印象深かった出来事は、6月末、そして7月22日から24日にかけての酷暑です。マルゴーでも最高気温39.9度を記録しました！赤ワイン用ぶどうの収穫は9月18日にスタート。理想的な条件のもと、十分に凝縮した完璧な熟度のメルロが収穫できました。9月22日から29日にかけてはあいにくの悪天候でしたが、ぶどうの衛生状態に大きな影響はありませんでした。逆に、雨と曇天のおかげで熟度の進みが抑えられ、ぶどうに過度な負担がかかることもなく、その結果、酸はうまく保たれて、アルコール度数も高すぎない数値に落ち着きました。ぶどう果実は8月5日から10日にかけて着色し、それ以降ゆっくりと凝縮を進めました。上述の雨で心配された希釈の被害もほとんどなく、9月末から10月初旬にかけて収穫を迎えることが出来ました。収穫作業は10月10日に終了しています。 ■《ワイン・アドヴォケイト》より抜粋■ Given that Margaux’s second wine contains plenty of fruit that made it into the grand vin just a decade or two ago, great things are to be expected from this bottling. Yet I was nonetheless taken aback by the quality of the 2019 Pavillon Rouge. Wafting from the glass with aromas of raspberries, plums and cherries mingled with rose petals and sweet spices, it’s medium to full-bodied, sensual and concentrated, with beautifully refined tannins, racy acids and a long, penetrating finish. Some grape skins suffered from sunburn, and the year saw below average rain and no snow in the mountains. The Bartolo Mascarello 2023 Dolcetto d'Alba required strict fruit selection executed by hand, cluster to cluster. The important factor was removing the berries with burnt skins across the varieties they work with. Nebbiolo yields were down 25% to 30% in 2023 as a result. Aged in oak for nine months, this wine offers dark fruit, raisin and baked plum aromas. It finishes on the short side because the skin-to-pulp ratio leans to more pulp in this vintage. You also get nicely balanced acidity in this medium-plus wine. In terms of Dolcetto, this wine speaks with a quieter voice, which ultimately makes for a nice surprise. Nebbiolo harvest dates at the Bartolo Mascarello estate occurred October 4–8, 2020 and October 6–10, 2021, which is perfectly in line with the norm. In comparison, the 2024 harvest lasted a very long 12 days from October third to the 15th. Hail on August 2, 2024 hit the Rue vineyard, doing some damage, part of San Lorenzo and a small part of the higher half of Cannubi (the lower part was fine). Refined after aging for 10 months in barrel, it offers ample finesse, bright acidity and textural chalky tannins that hold the wine upright. This is still a bit tightly wound, though it possesses all of the required elements for graceful, satisfactory aging. Domaine de Vernus, situated in Régnié-Durette, boasts a rich history that dates back to 1870. Over the years, the estate has witnessed numerous transitions of ownership, accompanied by a gradual expansion of its vineyard holdings to the 12.5 hectares that it is today. Frédéric Jametton sits at the helm of the domaine today, joined by the experienced Guillaume Rouget of Flagey-Echezeaux's Domaine Rouget. The vineyards are farmed sustainably, planted with gobelet-trained vines averaging 60 years of age. Guillaume and Frédéric have implemented systems to improve the soil structures, utilizing cover crops and horse plowing in some vineyards to limit compaction. In the cellar, the wines are crafted with the goal of preserving the characteristics of each parcel. The cuvées are 70% to 100% destemmed and fermented with ambient yeast, extracted with two pump-overs per day followed by two or three délestages. The wines are mostly aged in barrels, new and used, in combination with some aging in tanks and vats. Domaine de Vernus was created in 2019 by Frédéric Jametton, who'd been looking to start a winery for some time: initially interested in the south, he became convinced it was too hot and landed on the Beaujolais after discussions with his friend, Guillaume Rouget of Flagey-Echézeaux, who agreed to come on board as a consultant. Jametton has pieced together some 12.5 hectares of vineyards, acquired from fully 12 different proprietors, and is gradually restructuring parcels that are overly difficult to cultivate, with a view to more sustainable farming in the future. Vinification is conducted along somewhat Burgundian lines: some 70% of the grapes are destemmed (though Jametton stresses that there are no hard and fast rules), fermentation takes place in stainless steel and élevage is in recently used high-quality Burgundy barrels for some 10–11 months. That imparts a smoky, toasty patina to the wines that certainly lends them a Côte d'Orien accent, and purists who can't stomach oak in their Gamay will find it obtrusive; yet the quality of the barrels means that their influence is more classy than vulgar, and I found the results quite persuasive. Certainly, the style is quite singular and represents a new and interesting expression for the region. Bottling is done seriously, with high-quality corks from M. A. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, crisp acidity, a life-affirming sense of balance with well-integrated new oak towards the finish. I concur with Robert Parker that his has become more structured and masculine in bottle, yet there is pedigree here from start to finish, a sense of effortlessness that is seductive. This is a top-class wine from the late Paul Pontallier and his team. In my opinion, it surpasses the previous two vintages. It has a fresh, nicely defined bouquet with maraschino cherry, cranberry and red currant aromas that have a Burgundy-like allure. I arrived at the Cono Sur winery on a damp, misty morning in Casablanca Valley.
